Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring a smooth, clean, and customer-friendly environment
- Manage and train staff, create schedules, and foster a positive team culture
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with vendors for timely ordering
- Ensure high standards of customer service and product quality
- Track sales, expenses, and support efforts to increase profitability
- Maintain health and safety compliance at all times
- Assist with marketing initiatives and community engagement efforts
- Open and/or close the shop depending on schedule
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Interact with customers to take orders and provide recommendations
