Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Communications Representative to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to launch their career in the communications field and develop a strong foundation in corporate communication practices. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our communications department by assisting in the creation and dissemination of internal and external messages that align with our organization's goals.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting and editing press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials.
  • Support the management of social media accounts by creating and scheduling content.
  • Coordinate with various departments to gather information for internal communications.
  • Help maintain and update the company’s website and intranet content.
  • Monitor media coverage and prepare daily media summaries for the team.
  • Respond to basic inquiries from the public and stakeholders under supervision.
Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
