Want to launch a career in the stone industry? If you’re motivated, detail-oriented, and ready to learn, we offer hands-on training to get you up to speed and help you succeed. Join our Youngsville, NC team as a CNC Operator and play a key role in polishing and finishing stone surfaces to meet our high-quality standards.

This is a Friday–Sunday shift, 5:00am–5:00pm. During the initial 30-day training phase, weekday hours may be required.

What You’ll Do
  • Operate CNC milling machines to polish and finish stone surfaces
  • Load, run, and navigate program databases for accurate operation
  • Perform standard machine shop operations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Assure the quality of each part meets required specifications
  • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

What We’re Looking For
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Minimum 1 year of machining experience preferred
  • Detail-oriented, self-starter with a positive, problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions consistently
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

Physical amp; Work Environment
  • Standing, lifting, and moving throughout 8–12 hour shifts
  • Lift/move up to 30 lbs regularly (up to 75 lbs occasionally)
  • Operate overhead crane and other shop equipment safely
  • Use measuring tools and maintain quality standards
  • Work in a fast-paced machine shop environment
