Your RoleonOur Team:

Looking foragileCNC Programmer to work in a production tool room environment. Duties willbe variedbut will include fixture development, spare parts machining, stamping die and plastic mold work.

You'llbe DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

  • Set up andoperatemultiple CNC and manual machining equipment and workstations

  • Write and install CNC programs for machining applications

  • Make offsets and adjustments asrequired

  • Independently produce samples and first run pieces

  • Determinebest approach and layout sequence of operationsrequiredfor each job

  • Use all shop equipment

  • Set-up and operation of manual and CNC machines

  • Machine material tovery closefits and tolerances

  • Complete routine equipment and product inspections and complete required documentation

  • Investigate and efficientlyassistwith diagnosis and resolution of equipment and quality problems, productiondelaysor stoppages

  • Participate in performing root cause analysis andassistwith implementing the best solution

  • Troubleshoot and perform minor equipment repairs

  • Perform preventative maintenance responsibilities

  • Participate in updates of preventative maintenance schedules

  • Provide feedback to Maintenance and Facilitator as needed

  • Adhereto all safety requirements in the work area

  • Practice 5Ss

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

The TOOLSyou'llbring with you:

  • Understand and follow verbal and written instructions, as well as drawings and blueprints

  • Advanced math skills

  • Ability to use standard measuring devices such as calipers,micrometer, heightstand, gagepinsand blocks

  • Cam software experience or certificate

  • Knowledge and use of G and M coding

  • 3D Modeling skills inSolidworksa plus

  • Ability to interpret technical data accurately including engineering drawings and schematics

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Basic pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Technical certification in a mechanical, electrical automation or related program or equivalent combination of education and experience in maintenance, mechanical, or technical field
