Is there a demand for temporary CNC programmers?

There is consistent demand for temporary CNC programmers in manufacturing and machining industries, especially for short-term projects or to cover staffing shortages. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Creative thinker who enjoys finding better, more efficient ways to machine parts.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to contribute wherever needed.
  •

Our Culture

We're a small, family-owned business where everyone contributes.

That means some days you'll be programming complex parts and dialing in new jobs. Other days you may be helping remove chips, organize tooling, sweep the floor, or even clean the restroom.

No job is beneath anyone—including ownership. We work as a team, take pride in our shop, and believe that everyone contributes to our success.

We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, enjoys solving problems, and wants to be part of a team where their ideas are heard and appreciated.

Why Join Legacy Machining?
