Job Summary: LPN
To collaboratively provide excellent patient care in the ambulatory/clinic setting according to current best practice standards and through processes adopted by the Rainy Lake Clinics. The LPN will assist and support physicians/advanced practice providers and other clinic staff to achieve comprehensive patient care; they will directly assist with procedures within their scope of practice and for which competencies have been demonstrated; and will communicate clearly and positively with each other and ancillary departments to coordinate patient care. LPN will enhance the patient's experience through proficiency in LPN skills as well as excellent customer service, communication and building positive relationships with the patient and their family.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current MN LPN License or current registration
- Graduate of accredited Practical Nursing Program
- Current BLS certification or ability to become certified within six months from date of hire
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least one-year Clinical experience

The Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) will assist and support physicians/advanced practice providers and other clinical staff to achieve comprehensive patient care; they will directly assist with procedures within their certification standards and for which competencies have been demonstrated; and will communicate clearly and positively with each other and ancillary departments to coordinate patient care. CMA will enhance the patient's experience through proficiency in CMA skills as well as excellent customer service, communication and building positive relationships with the patient and their family.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Certification from accredited organization such as American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) BLS Certification or ability to become certified within six months from date of hire
- Completion of an accredited medical assistant training program
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least one or more years' Clinical experience
