Job description

As a Cleaning Technician, duties will range depending on the clients' needs and scope of service. Day-to-day duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Cleaning restrooms, including toilets, urinals, sinks, and floors

- Dusting and wiping down desks, counters, and other surfaces

- Cleaning interior glass or windows

- Vacuuming/Sweeping/Mopping floors

- Cleaning kitchen/dining areas

- Pulling trash and replacing liners

- Filling toilet paper, paper towel, and soap dispensers

Atkins Cleaning Technicians are expected to perform their duties in a professional, friendly manner, while still covering the entire scope of service for our client. Thorough completion of daily tasks, with some variation on a weekly/monthly tasks is expected. Employees may be in a single building per shift, or multiple, depending on requested hours and shift length.

Multiple training options will be provided to employees, based on tenure and building assignments. We are an ever growing, ever evolving company, and we want to keep our employees at the front of the curve.

Team members are expected to wear Atkins-approved apparel (outlined in the employee handbook), and identifying clothing/ID badges on all job sites. Reliable transportation to and from buildings is the responsibility of the employee and will not be provided by Atkins.

The available positions are Monday - Friday and/or weekends.

There is opportunity for a higher wage, pending a vetting process consisting of a background check, drug screen and updated vaccination records.
