Job description

Support and work alongside the Campus staff.
  • Sunday services, events, and classes
  • Weekday groups, studies, and events.

  • Men's & Women's events and studies

Communication and Calendars
  • Create and manage the monthly campus newsletter.
  • Create and manage all campus registrations and events on the website.
  • Manage the campus social media accounts.
  • Manage facility bookings and events.

Assist the Assimilation team by helping guests connect with Grace Church from first visit to membership.
  • Manage all Connect Cards and make sure appropriate staff members personally follow up.
  • Manage the database to ensure each record is updated throughout the assimilation process.
  • Plan and execute all Assimilation events.
    • Coffee & Conversation, Discovery, Foundations, etc.
  • Lead the following teams so guests can easily connect with the church.
    • Parking, Greeting, Usher, Coffee, and Safety teams

Manage the campus database (Rock RMS) and lead the staff through integrating appropriate processes.

Assist Campus Pastor by providing Administrative support on all Travelers Rest campus details.

  • Recruit and manage the Facilities team and weekly setup requests.
  • Recruit and manage the Events team as needed.
  • Oversee scheduling police officers for different ministry events.

The Travelers Rest Campus Administrator must serve as a strategic operational partner to the Travelers Rest Campus Pastor, providing clarity, focus, and forward momentum to the campus team. This role turns vision into action by facilitating ministry, anticipating needs, taking ownership, and creating effective systems and processes that help the campus accomplish Grace Church's mission of making disciples and equipping the body. This is a proactive role for someone who thinks ahead, protects what matters most, and confidently takes responsibility for helping the campus become healthier, stronger, and easier to lead
