The company's customer base ranges from restaurants to retailers, e-commerce to franchise to international groups.

Job Overview
We’re looking for a talented Senior Product Marketing Specialist to help grow abcPOS in both English and Chinese markets. In this full-time role, you’ll plan and lead marketing strategies, manage product launches, and create campaigns that attract B2B customers across regions. You’ll work closely with our product, sales, and marketing teams to make a real impact on the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
  • Write clear and persuasive product messaging that fits our English and Chinese audiences.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between product, sales, and marketing.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to find new opportunities.
  • Create sales tools like presentations, case studies, and product sheets.
  • Develop and manage paid ad campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and Baidu, tailored to each language market.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance to improve results.
  • Manage social media and content creation across both English and Chinese platforms.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
  • 2+ years of experience in product marketing.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy, customer segmentation, and product positioning.
  • Skilled with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
  • Bonus: Experience in SaaS, POS, or Payment Solutions industries.
