Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitors and processes the email system and AS400 via established guidelines.
Tracks, indices, and distributes incoming mail and faxes.
Compiles and verifies the accuracy of information; sorts information to prepare source data for computer entry.
Analyzes and processes reports for the Underwriting Department.
Reviews and processes various vendor reports and billing.
Ensures accurate payments are applied.
Identifies instances of inaccurate payment of accounts; notifies agents of errors for corrections.
Performs other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in an office setting is a plus.
Requires computer literacy and the ability to learn software applications.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
Requires attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
