Your primary responsibility will be nurturing the growth and development of our hourly team, ensuring their complete comprehension of WSKY Taverns' operational standards, policies, and procedures. It's essential that you lead by example to demonstrate these standards effectively. You will be responsible for assembling a team that consistently delivers prompt guest recognition and satisfaction, maintains service excellence, interprets and acts upon gaming reports, and takes ownership of increasing gaming, food, and liquor sales while upholding established cost-of-goods goals. Proficiency in the Toast POS System is required, and you will be responsible for establishing and managing product levels, maintaining the building's appearance, equipment functionality, and compliance with OSHA, Health District, and Clark County regulations.
