Job description

American Traveler is hiring a Travel RN Case Manager for a hospital-based Case Management department requiring acute care case management experience and a FL or compact RN license.
Job Details
• Work in the Case Management department of a 350-bed hospital,
• Team includes Case Managers, Social Workers, and a SNF Coordinator,
• Patient ratio of approximately 25:1,
• Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM,
• Requires working alternating weekends and holidays in rotation with hospital employees,
• EMR systems used are Meditech and Midas,
Job Requirements
• Active FL or compact RN license required,
• Minimum 2 years of experience required,
• Acute care case management experience required,
• Meditech and Midas experience preferred,
• HCA facility experience preferred,
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration,
• No gaps in work history equaling 90 days or more in the past 12 months,
• Two professional references required for Florida-based assignments,
Additional Information
• Navy blue scrubs required for RN staff,
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible,
• Holiday coverage required in rotation with hospital staff
