Cardiac Sonographer - Full Time
MLR is seeking a dedicated and skilled full-time, permanent, direct-hire, Cardiac Sonographer to join a well-rooted hospital team in Boston, Massachusetts!
Pay Range: $38.47 - $64.06
Responsibilities of Cardiac Sonographer:
  • Recognize adequate vs. inadequate data collection and prepare preliminary reports for physician interpretation.
  • Day shift!
  • Perform a wide range of cardiovascular non-invasive tests, including: 2-D cardiovascular imaging, color flow, spectral display, continuous and pulsed wave Doppler, Exercise and pharmacologic stress testing, harmonics, and contrast imaging, and Holter scanning
  • Workdays: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm; Rotating Call
  • Identify abnormalities and life-threatening findings and report them promptly to the physician or nursing unit as necessary.
Qualifications for Cardiac Sonographer:
  • Education/Training: Completion of an accredited Sonographer Program; RDCS required
  • Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS)
  • AHA BLS
  • Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) - Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)
  • Work Experience: Previous clinical experience in cardiovascular testing required.
