We are seeking a canning line operator to join our production teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, positive attitude and is comfortable working in a fast-paced brewery production facility. Position responsibilities include but are not limited to packaging cans into boxes, palletizing finished cases and storing/organizing pallets in finished goods inventory.ย  Flexibility and the ability to work effectively as part of a team is essential for success in this position. ย 

Job Summary
Responsible for operating and maintaining the canning line to package finished beer safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards, cGMP requirements, and safety procedures. This role ensures accurate production, proper product handling, and adherence to all sanitation and traceability requirements.

Process (Operations)
ยทย  ย  ย  ย  Set up, start up, and operate canning line equipment (rinser, filler, seamer, labeler, pack-out)
ยทย  ย  ย  ย  Verify correct materials, labels, and packaging components prior to startup (line clearance)
ยทย  ย  ย  ย  Monitor line performance and maintain target speeds and efficiency
ยทย  ย  ย  ย  Adjust equipment to maintain proper fill levels and seam integrity
ยทย  ย  ย  ย  Perform changeovers between SKUs, can sizes, and packaging formats
ยทย  ย  ย  ย  Perform basic troubleshooting and minor mechanical adjustments
ยทย  ย  ย  ย  Minimize downtime and escalate issues when required
ยทย  ย  ย  ย  Accurately record production data in real time (output, downtime, scrap)
