What You'll Do

As a Statement Representative, you'll connect with small and mid-sized business owners to help identify opportunities to reduce payment processing costs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Building relationships and starting meaningful conversations
  • Identifying businesses that may be paying excessive credit card processing fees
  • Obtaining merchant processing statements for review
  • Following established call processes and scripts
  • Accurately documenting calls and customer information
  • Meeting daily activity and performance goals
  • Working closely with our Sales Team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified opportunities
  • Participating in training, coaching, and team development sessions
