Do ramp agents work weekends at the airport?

What is the 3 1 1 rule on British Airways?

The 3-1-1 rule on British Airways refers to security screening guidelines where passengers are allowed to bring liquids, gels, and aerosols in containers of up to 3.4 ounces (100 milliliters) each, all fitting into a single 1-quart clear plastic bag, with one bag per passenger.
