Saturday & Sunday, 6:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Additional weekday evening shifts may be available.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and energetic Grill Cook to join our team for weekend breakfast and lunch service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality breakfast and grill items while maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and efficiency during busy service periods.
Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch menu items according to recipes and standards.
  • Operate grill, flat top, fryer, and other kitchen equipment safely.
  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and proper portioning.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Assist with prep work, stocking, and cleaning duties as needed.
  • Work effectively with team members to provide excellent guest service.
Qualifications:

  • Previous grill cook or breakfast cooking experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
  • Strong attention to food quality and safety.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
