We are seeking a Breakfast Attendant who is friendly and dedicated to ensure our guests have a delightful start to their day Our hotel is located steps from the convention center and just a mile from UNLV. Position Summary:
Create a welcoming and efficient breakfast experience by setting up and maintaining food stations, ensuring the cleanliness of the dining area, and delivering friendly, attentive service to every guest.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serving Station Preparation: Prepare the area and set up breakfast items, ensuring all food is fresh, properly presented, and replenished as needed.
• Guest Interaction: Greet guests warmly, answer questions about breakfast offerings, and assist with any special requests.
• Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and serving stations.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of breakfast items and supplies, and communicate needs to the supervisor.
• Health and Safety: Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure food is handled and stored properly.
• Customer Service: Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience.
