Birthday Party Leader — Are You a Kid Magnet? The Little Gym of Arlington/Mansfield | Mansfield, TX | Part-Time | Weekends Required

We're NOT looking for someone to hand out juice boxes and herd kids through activities. We're looking for a natural-born entertainer — someone who walks into a room and immediately has every child in it completely captivated. Someone with zero fear of looking ridiculous, a dinosaur roar on standby, and the kind of energy that makes a three-year-old's birthday feel like the greatest day of their life.
If your friends call you "the fun one," if kids you've never met follow you around the playground, if the idea of leading a conga line of three-year-olds sounds like a great Saturday — you might be exactly who we're looking for.

What You'll Do
  • Host and lead birthday parties from start to finish — you are the show, the hype, and the heart of the whole event
  • Create an experience kids talk about for weeks — not just a party, a memory
  • Keep a room full of excited children engaged, entertained, and having the time of their lives
  • Make every birthday child feel like the most special kid on the planet
  • Connect genuinely with each child — learn their names, celebrate their moments, make them feel seen
  • Support parents so they can actually enjoy the party instead of managing chaos
  • Set up, run, and break down party spaces with ownership and pride
Work Schedule:
Birthday parties run on Saturday and Sunday afternoons only — our busiest and most important time of the week. Weekend availability is non-negotiable. If working weekends feels like an opportunity rather than a sacrifice, you already have the right mindset for this role.
You're Our Person If...
  • You were the babysitter kids begged their parents to call again
  • You naturally get down to a child's level to talk to them — even when no one is watching
  • You can be silly, loud, and completely unselfconscious in front of a crowd of five-year-olds and their parents
  • You have a background in theater, performing arts, cheer, dance, improv, or entertainment — or you just perform like you do
  • High energy isn't something you have to work at — it's just who you are
  • You get genuine joy out of making a child's face light up
  • You take ownership, make decisions, and don't need to be micromanaged to bring your best

This Probably Isn't for You If...
  • You're more concerned with looking cool than making a child laugh
  • Leading a silly dance in front of a crowd sounds uncomfortable
  • You see this as just a paycheck — our families can tell the difference and so can we
What You Get
  • Competitive hourly pay — plus parents tip generously when you give their child the best birthday ever
  • A workplace where your personality is your greatest asset
  • Paid training through The Little Gym's party and events program
  • A tight-knit, high-energy team that takes quality seriously and has fun doing it
  • The kind of job you actually look forward to — your fan club of tiny humans is waiting
