Position Summary:
We are looking for a new Assistant Bookkeeper to join our hotel team! We are looking for a dedicated, reliable, and highly organized superstar to join our team!. We are looking for people with a great attitude and enthusiasm. The Assistant Bookkeeper should work well with others, be able to multitask, take on assigned tasks.
Essential Duties:
  • Handling basic bookkeeping tasks, accounts payable/accounts receivable occasionally assist with payroll.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, statements and gathering backup documentation.
  • Must have Quickbooks experience with full-cycle bookkeeping, Excel, Gmail, and other computer applications.
  • Provide general administrative support.
  • Assist with special accounting projects.
  • Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information.
  • Daily account updates & categorization of expenses for multiple entities.
  • Daily scanning & filing of various documents.

Qualities To Have:
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Self-starter. Able to work alone or in a team.
  • Ability to multitask.

Job Requirements:
