Job description

Ready to make a meaningful impact?

At Brighton Jones, we’re a purpose-driven, client-focused team committed to helping individuals live richer lives. As one of the largest RIAs in the nation, we’ve built a culture of continuous growth, collaboration, and community—recognized with 15 consecutive “Best Places to Work” awards including Inc.com’s 2025 list, as well as national honors for community impact.

We lead the industry in aligning wealth, passion, and purpose to help our clients thrive. With over $30 billion in assets under advisement, 300+ teammates nationwide, and a dynamic, team-based approach, we’re growing fast—and we’re looking for driven, curious individuals to join our #OneTeam.

As our Content & Media Producer, you’ll bring the Brighton Jones story to life through video, photography, webinars, social media, and digital experiences. You’ll transform advisor expertise, client education, community events, and firm thought leadership into compelling content that strengthens our brand, deepens relationships, and supports business growth.

This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, production, distribution, and audience engagement. You’ll help capture and amplify some of our most meaningful moments—from advisor thought leadership and CEO visibility to Team Days, recruiting initiatives, client education, community stories, Impact Journeys, webinars, livestreams, and YouTube content.

The ideal candidate is equal parts producer, storyteller, video editor, and strategist—someone who can move seamlessly from filming an advisor interview to producing a webinar, launching a YouTube series, and repurposing content across digital and social channels.

Take our Values in Action Self-Assessment to see how our values align!
Your Role:
Produce Compelling Multimedia Content:
  • Plan, capture, and edit video content for social media, YouTube, webinars, campaigns, and other digital experiences.
  • Produce multimedia assets that support marketing, recruiting, client education, and internal initiatives.
  • Conduct and produce interviews with advisors, leaders, teammates, clients, and community partners.
  • Manage post-production workflows, including editing, light motion graphics, captioning, audio, formatting, and final delivery.
  • Maintain strong visual standards, production quality, accessibility, and brand consistency across content.

Bring Events and Experiences to Life:
  • Help produce live and virtual webinars, livestreams, and hybrid events.
  • Develop production plans, run-of-show documents, speaker preparation materials, and technical requirements.
  • Coordinate recording, lighting, audio, presentation materials, and platform logistics.
  • Capture meaningful content from Team Days, community experiences, firm events, and other important moments.
  • Turn event footage and experiences into stories that can be shared across marketing, recruiting, and internal channels.

Grow Our Social and Digital Presence:
  • Manage video publishing workflows across YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
  • Adapt and optimize content for the needs, formats, and behaviors of each platform’s audience.
  • Build thoughtful content repurposing strategies that extend the reach and useful life of each piece of content.
  • Partner closely with Brand, Digital, Communications, Recruiting, and business leaders to support campaigns and firm priorities.
  • Help build a consistent pipeline of authentic, timely, and high-value content.

Measure and Improve Performance:
  • Monitor content performance, audience engagement, webinar participation, and channel growth.
  • Translate audience behavior and platform insights into practical recommendations.
  • Test new formats, distribution approaches, and content concepts to improve reach and engagement.
  • Support search engine optimization and AI discoverability efforts through multimedia content.

Scale Content Creation:
  • Use AI-enabled tools to accelerate content planning, editing, captioning, repurposing, and distribution.
  • Identify opportunities to increase content output and efficiency without sacrificing quality or authenticity.
  • Develop repeatable production workflows, templates, and content systems.
  • Stay current on emerging media technologies, platforms, audience trends, and production best practices.
  • Manage multiple projects, timelines, stakeholders, and production priorities from concept through publication.
What You’ll Bring:
  • Professional experience producing video, photography, webinars, social media, or other multimedia content.
  • Strong video production and editing skills, including experience with cameras, lighting, audio, and post-production tools.
  • Experience conducting interviews and translating ideas into engaging, accessible stories.
  • Working knowledge of webinar, livestream, and virtual event production.
  • Familiarity with social media content strategy and platform-specific best practices.
  • Experience publishing and optimizing content for YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, or similar platforms.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple productions and deadlines.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong creative judgment and attention to detail.
  • A collaborative, low-ego approach and the ability to work effectively with executives, advisors, teammates, and external partners.
  • The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on production and execution.
  • Curiosity about new technologies and a willingness to experiment, learn, and adapt.
  • Experience using analytics, SEO, generative AI, motion graphics, or content management tools is preferred.
  • A portfolio or examples of relevant video, photography, webinar, or digital content work.
