This position will primarily be responsible for delivering natural-focused services for hands, feet, and nails, ranging from therapeutic to luxury treatments, and provide a range of hair-styling services. If this sounds like a perfect fit for you, apply today! Flexible scheduling is available.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Perform manicures and pedicures, hand and foot treatments
Perform facials and body treatments
Maintain a clean work area and equipment, fold and stock rooms and closets
Remove soiled laundry, and bring in clean laundry.
Assist in opening and closing duties
Transport guests
Attend the front desk if the coordinator needs to step away briefly
Perform any tasks deemed necessary by the manager to keep the spa clean, stocked, and operating smoothly
Must comply with all company policies and procedures.
To perform the essential functions of this position, regular and predictable attendance is required.
Must be able to work well with other Team Members and managers and interact with our guests.
Must have the flexibility to work and weekends and Holidays.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
TN State License required
Previous spa or salon experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must have excellent verbal communication skills
Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, managers, and team members
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Basic knowledge and understanding of math
REASONING ABILITY
Must be able to exercise judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and awareness of company goals
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Must be able to sit or stand for long periods
Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.
Must be able to perform multiple services during shift
Must be able to operate a company vehicle or golf cart safely
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Must be able to work in a calm and quiet spa setting
