Automotive Sales Consultant – New Mazda Facility Opening June 15!

Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with customers and create an outstanding buying experience
  • Help customers select the right vehicle by understanding their wants and needs
  • Become knowledgeable on Mazda products, features, technology, and available packages
  • Perform professional vehicle presentations and test drives
  • Follow up with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
  • Learn and apply proven sales techniques while maintaining a customer-first approach
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to achieve individual and team goals
  • Bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic every day
Qualifications
  • Automotive sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Available to work flexible hours, including Saturdays
  • Willingness to learn and stay current on product knowledge
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
  • Bi-lingual candidates are encouraged to apply
