Reno Staffing is looking for a professional, communicative team-player to join our team! From talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. A successful candidate will develop and nurture strong relationships with job seekers, associate employees, internal staff and clients. Our ideal hire is bilingual, reliable and professional with at least 3 years of professional office experience. Experience dealing with the general public as well as superior customer service and communication skills are required. Job Duties include providing information on staffing services offered, open positions, hiring processes, Reno-area employment, etc.
Posting job ads, preparing recruitment materials, assessing applicants` relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes, Data Entry and accuracy, running background checks, drug tests etc.
Requirements:
-Must have pleasant phone etiquette and a friendly, professional demeanor
-Comfortable with heavy phone and email communication
-Must have great computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Applications
-Must be well spoken
-Must be productive and comfortable working with minimal supervision and direction
-Must be outgoing, we are looking for someone who can represent Reno Staffing at local events and job fairs, and enhance the warm and friendly culture Reno Staffing is known for!
