Position Summary:
TheOnsite Specialistis primarily responsible for managing daily activities at the client site, providing administrative support, along with fostering a positive relationship with the client. This includes overseeing operational tasks are completed in a timely manner according to client specifications.
Location: Moreno Valley, CA 92555
Job Type: Part-time or Full-time

Hours: 11:00am-8:00pm Saturday/Sunday OR Thursday-Monday


The Responsibilities:

  • Assist with checking in new hires on their start date
  • Conduct observations of temporary associates to ensure safety and best practices are followed
  • Provide feedback to temporary associates
  • Address any performance or attitude concerns of temporary associates
  • Orientate new employees on company policies and safety expectations
  • Build relationships with client, as well as on-site employees
  • Maintain and present weekly reports to leadership


The Qualifications:

  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Must have minimum 1 year experience in recruitment or staffing industry
  • Must have customer service experience
  • Experience in leadership, management is preferred
  • Previous experience working in a warehouse/manufacturing environment is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Must be able to work 11:00AM-8:00PM Saturday and Sunday (if you want additional hours Thursday Friday and Monday11:00AM-8:00PM arealso available)
