Our Open Opportunity
The Adorn Bar & Restaurant Server is an essential member of the Adorn team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests.
We are looking for individuals who possess a high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic. The ability to multitask and prioritize is also essential for this position.
Successful candidates will be a willing team player, comfortable with electronic systems and willing to accept assignments on as need basis, in order to promote team work. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
As one of the primary contacts for guests dining in the restaurant, the server is responsible for serving food & beverage. Duties include greeting & welcoming guests, suggestive selling, describing dishes, recommending beverage pairings, anticipating guests' needs and monitoring overall guest satisfaction. Servers must maintain a clean work environment and set up the following team for success. Servers must have a very thorough knowledge of all menu items and be able to operate effectively as part of a team. Responsibilities include creating an environment where motivated people want to join, learn, do their best and advance.
What you bring
  • Candidate must be fluent in English, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge and ability to operate various electronic systems.
  • Service Passion for Luxury Hospitality
  • Requires attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Previous work experience in a free-standing Restaurant/Bar strongly preferred.

Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.
