Our team has an exciting opportunity in our Technology Center Building located in Midvale for a Correspondent Banking Specialist. If you're ready to take the next step in your career, read on.
Ideal candidates will have the skills and experience necessary to:
• Provide customer service, and sales support to the Correspondent Banking Department.
• Prepare and review documents for opening new Correspondent relationships.
• Prepare documents for a set-up process for a products and services.
• Coordinate with various bank departments to ensure timely and proper setup for products and services.
• Make updates in Salesforce for new and deleted products and maintain the status of the opportunities.
• Assist with project management for implementation of new services/products.
• Know how to open and close accounts in Bancs including DDA's, FF Sweeps, CD's and Money Market accounts.
• Assist customer with research, account adjustments/corrections.
Qualifications:
• Require a minimum High School diploma and 2+ years of banking or directly related experience.
• Full use and application of standard banking principles, theories, concepts, and techniques.
• Working knowledge of banking products, procedures, and services.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Treasury Management (TM) products and docs preferred.
• Accounting, PC skills, customer service skills, and knowledge of banking applications preferred.
