The Sweet SpotBrookhaven Market is hiring a Full-Time Bakery Manager (onsite) for our Mokena, IL store, paying $20–$23/hour. This role exists to keep our bakery running smoothly, beautifully, and deliciously—while you guide the team and protect the standards you already know matter.
Key responsibilities include leading bakery clerks, setting production plans, managing inventory and costs, building attention-grabbing displays, supporting customers with special requests, and maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and organization.
