Salary Range: $45,000-$47,000
We are seeking a highly organized, extremely detail-oriented, and numbers-driven Real Estate Closing Coordinator to join our back-office operations team and assist in the accounting department. This role serves as the critical link between completed real estate transactions and the company's financial systems.
The ideal candidate will manage the full lifecycle of closing out real estate files - from updating MLS statuses and maintaining compliance records to calculating commission structures and supporting daily accounting operations. This position requires exceptional accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with agents, accounting staff, and leadership in an incredibly fast-paced environment.
