As a Client Advisor at Tacoma MINI, you will guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process with professionalism and expertise. Your role involves understanding customer needs, recommending appropriate vehicle options, and providing an exceptional experience that fosters trust and satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, building rapport and understanding their vehicle needs. 

  • Assist customers in selecting vehicles that align with their preferences, needs, and budget. 

  • Provide detailed information about vehicle features, benefits, and available financing options. 

  • Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle performance and features. 

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of dealership inventory, including new and pre-owned vehicles. 

  • Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to ensure a smooth transaction process. 

  • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and maintain ongoing relationships. 

  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets while upholding dealership standards for customer service. 

  • Stay informed about manufacturer updates, promotions, and competitive market trends. 

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the dealership CRM system. 

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or customer service is a plus. 

  • Previous experience in automotive sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
