 Job Summary
We are looking for an EXPERIENCED technician that wants to work with others that are at the same professional level as themselves and can provide high quality repairs on vehicles. We are a TEAM that works together to serve our customers and community.  We fix cars right the first time. 
We do things a little different at our shop.  We WANT someone who is open to learning processes that have proven to create an environment that is free from chaos and loads the hours! 

We know what it's like to feel unappreciated as a great technician. We know how it feels to not have your voice heard and to work with broken or no shop tools. We strive to always show appreciation and be the place EVERYONE wants to work at.

We have almost tripled sales in the last three years, increased from 4 to 12 team members, and have earned a 4.9 Star Google review rating with almost 380 reviews and counting. We currently see over 300+ cars a month and need help keeping up with the demand.

Responsibilities 
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business Use your expertise and diagnostic tools to evaluate vehicle malfunction codes
  • Assist with establishing service center procedures for tracking repair status, maintaining technical documentation, and other necessary protocols
  • Carry out routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as tire rotations, oil changes, and brake pad replacements
  • Conduct in-depth vehicle inspections of all systems, including engine, transmission, and brake
  • Convey necessary vehicle repair information to service advisor in a concise manner
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Strong customer service and communications skills are required.
  • An associate degree or completion of an automotive service technician training program is preferred
  • Automotive Service Excellence/ASE certification or Society of Automotive Engineers/SAE certification is preferred.
