Job description

Developmental Pediatrics of Central Jersey is seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our growing outpatient developmental-behavioral pediatrics practice in Ocean, NJ. The NP will provide evaluation and ongoing care for children and adolescents with ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, behavioral concerns, and related conditions.

This is a 100% outpatient position with no call, weekends, holidays, or hospital responsibilities. We offer longer patient visits, a supportive multidisciplinary team, physician mentorship, and the opportunity to develop expertise in developmental and behavioral pediatrics.

Pediatric experience is required. CPNP-PC preferred; experienced FNPs with a strong pediatric background will also be considered.

Current New Jersey Nurse Practitioner/APRN license or eligibility for NJ licensure
National board certification as a Nurse Practitioner
Pediatric clinical experience required
CPNP-PC preferred; FNPs with significant pediatric experience will be considered
Strong communication, clinical judgment, and interpersonal skills
Interest in developmental-behavioral pediatrics, including ADHD, autism, and developmental disorders
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
