  • Mentor engineers and data scientists while providing technical guidance, design reviews, and engineering oversight.
  • Serve as a primary technical authority and trusted advisor for AI/ML-related initiatives.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical discipline.
  • Ten (10) or more years of relevant experience in software engineering, data science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or a related technical field.
  • At least five (5) years of hands-on experience developing and deploying production AI/ML solutions.
  • Demonstrated expertise with modern AI/ML frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras, MLflow, or equivalent technologies.
  • Experience designing, deploying, or supporting AI/ML solutions within cloud-based environments and AI/ML platforms.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, model evaluation, optimization, and production deployment.
  • Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, data architectures, APIs, distributed systems, and modern application development practices.
  • Demonstrated experience with MLOps, CI/CD for machine learning, model versioning, monitoring, lifecycle management, and governance.
  • Ability to translate complex operational or mission requirements into scalable technical solutions and actionable engineering strategies.
