At Weiler, you will have a secure future with opportunities to move up in our business. Manufacturing Technicians begin by learning our processes and how to operate our semi-automatic press machines. From there, your pay & career will continue to grow as you learn more brush & abrasive product making skills across various departments. There are opportunities to move into more advanced manufacturing as set-up technicians or to grow into a maintenance role. We also value the experience our hourly co-workers gain on the manufacturing floor and promote from within to other professional roles.

Pay rates for evening shift vary based on experience.ย  We provide all training. Those that bring similar manufacturing skills from prior jobs have the opportunity to start at a higher wage. You can earn an extra $1.00/hour for each pay period that you attain perfect attendance.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Basic Measurement Skills
  • Ability to Speak & Read in English
  • Must be able to lift up to 40lbs regularly and stand for an entire 8-hour shift.
  • Able to wear safety glasses, safety shoes and hearing protection.
  • Must be 18 years of age
