You will be connecting with patients through secure telehealth platforms, and you will have access to all the necessary digital tools to deliver high-quality therapy sessions.

As a Senior Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.
• Delivering individual, family, and group therapy leveraging evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans with clear, achievable goals to facilitate clients' progress.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care.
• Providing crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning as necessary, ensuring a proactive approach to client welfare.
• Maintaining thorough and timely documentation in adherence to both ethical standards and company policies.

Your role will serve a diverse client base seeking help for various mental health issues ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship challenges. You will be expected to connect with clients in a meaningful way, fostering a therapeutic alliance that empowers them to pursue personal growth and emotional well-being.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and current Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) designation.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective client interactions and documentation.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering therapy in a clinical setting.

While not mandatory, the following experiences are highly desirable:

• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote counseling techniques.
• Familiarity with diverse therapeutic modalities and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Experience working with underserved populations or in community settings.
