Customer Service Representative (Inbound)
Remote
Pay: $15.75/hr. | $16.75/hr. (Bilingual)
Training is for 3 weeks: Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5PM.
The shift will be 9:30am-6pm - hours could fluctuate between 8am-4:30pm and 8:30am-5pm.
Join a team supporting elderly and disabled individuals by serving as the first point of contact for applicants, families, and medical professionals.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle high-volume inbound calls (approx. 75/day) and emails
  • Provide program information and answer general inquiries
  • Conduct eligibility screenings and guide callers to services
  • Schedule appointments and document interactions
  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and empathy
