• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions via secure video conferencing, maintaining ethical standards and compassionate approaches.
• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities to establish individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
• Help clients gain insights into their emotions, experiences, and relationships, fostering awareness and personal growth.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress throughout treatment, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
• Facilitate the development of healthy coping mechanisms to empower clients in their mental health journey.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse clientele, ranging from individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, and stress to those overcoming trauma and relationship challenges. Your focus will be on creating personalized treatment approaches that resonate with and support each client’s background and individual circumstances.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field from an accredited program.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Pennsylvania.
• Ability to practice independently without supervision, showcasing confidence and autonomy in your practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, with a sympathetic and compassionate demeanor.
• Proficiency in utilizing technology for remote counseling services and an understanding of telehealth best practices.

• Experience working in a telehealth or remote counseling setting strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans for a variety of mental health concerns.
• Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, based on hours worked and client caseload.
