Data Analyst III/ Application Developers

Location: Reston, VA (3 days onsite)- Hybrid

Application developers who have a good analytic mindset. candidates who have built/coded applications and understand what they have implemented. The role remains a Data analyst, but the candidate profile is a developer who understands functionality and can engage with our internal customers. Informatica and oracle SQL skills


Description:

We are hiring a Data Analyst/Developer to join our team. Your main tasks will include Troubleshooting data variances and failures to identify the root cause of issues using the available documentation (STTM). Providing solutions to resolve the issue.


Business / Data Analyst Requirements:

  • 8+ years of Business/Data Analysis experience
  • A bachelor’s degree Is required.
  • Must have Advanced SQL, excel skills (SQL on Oracle database preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Data Warehouse / Mart concepts.
  • Must have experience using Toad and comparing data from various data sources
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, and Outlook.
  • Must have experience using JIRA, Confluence
  • Strong working knowledge of agile methodology
  • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders on a high visibility project
  • Multifamily or Single-Family mortgage experience is preferred
