Position Summary

The Flight Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring accurate, efficient, and timely coordination of catering services for airline customers. This position communicates operational updates, and works closely with production, dispatch, and airline representatives to ensure every flight departs with the correct meals, equipment, and service items.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily catering orders, and service requirements for assigned airline partners.

  • Communicate real-time updates regarding delays, changes, or special requests to internal teams and airline representatives.

  • Verify accuracy of catering loads, equipment lists, and meal counts before flights are released.

  • Monitor production and assembly progress to ensure on-time delivery to aircraft.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and records related to flights, changes, and operational adjustments.

  • Collaborate with transportation and dispatch teams to support efficient routing and timely aircraft servicing.

  • Assist in resolving issues quickly and professionally to support operational continuity.

Qualifications

  • Experience in airline operations, logistics, catering, or a related field preferred.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

  • Proficiency with computers, scheduling tools, and operational software (training provided).
