Job description

Start Date: August 17th
Who We're Looking For:
Are you a people-person with a passion for making every interaction count? We're looking for CSR-Lifeline Agents who know how to build trust, solve problems, and support individuals through important health-related outreach initiatives.
What You'll Do:
  • Handle both inbound and outbound calls to support patient engagement initiatives
  • Proactively connect with individuals who may need additional follow-up regarding important health-related programs
  • Educate and guide individuals on the importance of timely completion of preventive health activities
  • Encourage and support participation and completion of required steps within assigned programs
  • Address questions, concerns, and objections with empathy, professionalism, and clarity
  • Provide patient-centered support while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance standards
  • Accurately document interactions and ensure proper follow-through on all engagements
What You'll Bring to the Table:
  • Minimum 1 year of previous customer service experience required
  • Experience in customer service, patient support, call center, or related fields preferred
  • Sales, telemarketing, collections, or other outbound calling experience highly preferred
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to actively listen and respond effectively
  • Ability to handle objections with professionalism, empathy, and confidence
  • Comfortable discussing sensitive or health-related topics in a respectful and clear manner
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and documentation accuracy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
  • Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Bilingual in Spanish: Strongly Preferred
  • Hours of operation may range from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday
