Job Description Summary:
Provide Front of House (FOH) assistance (e.g. concessionaires, ushers) for MULLEN CENTER performances and events.
Maintain knowledge of and positive relationship with University and patrons
Assist patron complaints or inquiries.
Requirements:
Must be an excellent communicator within an academic environment with an ability to instruct, supervise, and clearly explain ticketing and front of house information and procedures to diverse audiences (e.g., creative personnel, undergrad/graduate students, production staff, other University departments, academic departments, and external clients).
Excellent customer service skills and proven ability to develop and sustain productive relationships
