Accounting Manager
Atlanta, GA | Fully onsite
Salary Range: 80k-100k

An established organization in Atlanta, GA is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Manager to join its administrative leadership team. The Accounting Manager will play a key role in maintaining the financial health of the organization through oversight of daily accounting operations, accurate reporting, and collaboration with internal departments.

As the Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for leading the accounting function, ensuring compliance with GAAP standards, and supporting strategic decision-making through timely and accurate financial reporting. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager:

  • Oversee the full month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
  • Perform and review bank reconciliations to maintain accuracy and integrity of financial records
  • Process bi-monthly payroll, including employee retirement contributions and related filings
  • Supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries
  • Monitor and maintain internal controls and compliance with financial policies and procedures

Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:
