Customer Service Representative- Retail

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our retail team. As a CSR, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to residential customers. You'll assist with billing inquiries, promote and sell MaxxSouth products and services, and help customers make informed decisions about their technology needs.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver high-quality, face-to-face customer service in a professional and courteous manner.

Promote and upsell MaxxSouth services to new and existing customers, while fostering customer retention through excellent service and in-depth product knowledge.

  • Provide accurate information regarding billing, products, services, and company policies.
  • Process payments and verify field appointment times.
  • Maintain accurate daily cash transactions and balance registers.

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent- required
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment - required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
