Industrial Maintenance Technician

What We Look For

  • Education: HS Diploma/GED required; Trade School certificate preferred.
  • Experience: 3+ years in industrial maintenance (food/bev/chemical preferred).
  • Skills: Strong electrical/mechanical aptitude; blueprint and schematic reading.
  • Tech Knowledge: Experience with PLCs, VFDs, sensors, conveyors, and robotics.

Available Shifts (3 Openings)

  • 3rd Shift: Mon–Fri | 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM (Shift premium included)
  • 2nd Shift (A): Tue–Fri | 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM & Sat | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM* (Shift premium included)
  • 2nd Shift (B): Sun | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM & Mon–Thu | 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM* (Shift premium included)

*Weekend shifts may transition to weekday coverage.

What You'll Do

  • Troubleshoot & Repair: Fix mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Inspect equipment to minimize downtime and log data in CMMS.
  • Support Production: Manage machine changeovers, calibrations, and new installs.
  • Safety: Strictly follow all LOTO procedures and company safety rules.
