Job description

Aery Aviation is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Lear 45 pilot to join our team. As a key member of our charter operation, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and legal operation of the Lear 45 aircraft, ensuring compliance with all FAR Part 135 regulations, FAA requirements, and Aery Aviation’s policies and procedures. This position will operate on an 8‑days on / 8‑days off schedule, offering a balanced work‑life structure. You will serve as the Pilot In Command (PIC) in both single‑pilot and two‑pilot operations, providing exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest standards of flight safety and operational excellence.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Serve as the Pilot in Command (PIC) in accordance with FAR Part 135 regulations for Lear 45 charter operations.
  • Ensure flight operations meet FAA regulations, Aery Aviation manuals, and internal policies, while maintaining an excellent customer service experience for passengers.
  • Engage with clients to provide safe, comfortable, and professional charter flight experience.
  • Execute flight planning, dispatch coordination, aircraft cleaning, stocking, and managing the loading/unloading of bags and equipment with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Maintain the Lear 45 in optimal operational condition, ensuring the safety and efficiency of each flight.
  • Complete successful pre‑employment drug screening and criminal background check.
  • Maintain reliable, regular, and predictable attendance.
  • Adhere to Aery Aviation policies, safety standards, and code of conduct.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
You Must Have
  • FAA Airline Transport Pilot Certificate
  • Multi‑Engine Land Rating
  • FAA First Class Medical Certificate
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on providing superior customer service
  • Ability to support Aery Aviation’s mission and deliver exceptional service to clients
  • 3,000 hours total flight time
  • 500 Lear 45 Hours (250 Minimum)
  • Must not have any ineligible TSA criminal offenses
  • Must relocate Cleveland, Ohio
Pilot Schedule
