Service Appointment Setter Job Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, internet leads, and customer inquiries

  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate customer visits

Service Appointment Setter Compensation and Benefits

The Service Appointment Setter position is paid on a pay scale consisting of the following elements and ranges:

  • Base Hourly Compensation: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour

  • The position may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance

  • Bonus compensation may be $0.00 if baseline benchmarks are not met, with no fixed upper limit

Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as experience, performance, hours worked, and business needs. Bonus compensation is not guaranteed.
