Location: Gilbert, Arizona
Position Type: Full-time
Schedule: 3rd Shift; Monday - Thursday; 7:30 PM - 6:00 AM  
Compensation Range: $20 - $22 per hour plus $2 per hour shift differential

Position Overview:

The Overnight Weekend Material Handler / Driver plays a vital role in Strive Pharmacy's daily supply chain and logistics operations. This dual-function role is responsible for receiving, organizing, and managing inventory (raw ingredients, medical supplies, and packaging materials) in the facility, as well as executing safe, timely local deliveries of compounded medications and clinical supplies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to maintaining strict quality and temperature-control standards for pharmacy items.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving & Verification: Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against packing slips, and inspect items for damages or discrepancies.
  • Put Away & Replenishment: Efficiently and accurately put away received items in designated storage locations. Load and unload deliveries of boxes, ice pallets, and other warehouses and pack out supplies.
  • Workflow Support: Ensure packing lines are supplied with sufficient materials to maintain a consistent and efficient workflow. Assist with shipping pack out processes, including boxing and packing.
  • Quality & Compliance: Ensure inventory items meet quality standards and comply with applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve inventory control processes and contribute to the implementation of best practices.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members, pharmacists, and other departments to support smooth operational flow.
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of experience in warehouse operations and/or inventory control, preferably in a pharmaceutical or compounding pharmacy environment.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling inventory and documentation.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Forklift certification
  • Experience with warehouse management software (WMS)
  • Experience with NetSuite
Work Environment:

This position is primarily based in an on-site work environment, operating predominantly indoors in a collaborative setting with peers and pharmacists. The role requires regular physical activity, including frequent standing and walking throughout the facility, as well as frequent use of hands for handling materials, documentation, and daily operational tasks.
