Join us in our noble pursuit to enhance the lives of others through expert and compassionate care.

Work Environment

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting while also allowing potential access to our outpatient office in Glendale, Arizona. Our organization prioritizes a strong work-life balance, enabling counselors to create their schedules around personal commitments. • Maintain ongoing communication with supervisors, families, and other stakeholders to keep all parties informed about clients' progress.
  • Prepare and present schedules of appointments, home visits, and evaluations to enhance workplace productivity.
  • Facilitate and organize home visits that include thorough observations, chart analyses, and staff interviews to gather comprehensive insights into clients' behaviors.
  • Monitor and ensure the effective implementation of the program plans, documenting outcomes to track patient progress.
  • Actively participate in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings, contributing valuable insights and collaborating on care strategies.
  • Complete timely progress notes on a monthly and quarterly basis to maintain accurate records for all clients.
  • Coordinate training sessions for staff to ensure competency in program implementation and documentation standards.

  • Maintain meticulous records and facilitate communication between various stakeholders in the mental health community to bolster client development.
  • Support the creation of procedures for developing training materials aimed at improving our mental health programs.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This position encompasses a diverse range of clients, including both adults and youth dealing with various mental health challenges. The LPC will engage with individuals facing issues such as family dynamics, trauma, and substance use, allowing for a rich and rewarding counseling experience. Each interaction is viewed as a chance to implement strategies that drive not only personal healing but also community well-being.

Qualifications
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
  • Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) within the state of Arizona.
  • A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience is required, demonstrating a robust foundation in mental health practices.
  • Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma, or substance misuse is highly preferred to enhance service delivery.
  • Strong understanding of the legal and ethical standards governing the practice of counseling.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong rapport building with clients from various backgrounds.
  • Proven collaborative abilities within a healthcare team, contributing to a holistic approach to patient care.
  • Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and associated technologies for efficient documentation and client management.
Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of experience is mandatory, we particularly value experience within clinical settings such as outpatient facilities or hospitals. Additionally, exposure to multidisciplinary team environments, community outreach, and developing training materials would be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
  • Flexible work schedule allowing for a personalized approach to balancing professional and personal commitments.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance plans to ensure comprehensive health coverage.
