You will serve as a in the COMPUTER SCIENTIST (CYBER SECURITY) in the office of Force Improvement Office BUREAU OF MEDICINE AND SURGERY.
Qualifications:
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of SPECIALIZED experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
- Teaching state-of-the-art software development methodologies to wide audiences with diverse backgrounds and mentoring programmers;
- Integrating and coordinating multiple and related missions, functions, subjects, issues, and situations across echelons (or equivalent) to present and recommend solutions in a logical, cohesive format to include researching, interpreting, developing, and advocating component/command or equivalent organization laws, regulations, and policies;
- Overseeing Scrum process and solution development throughout the lifecycle.
- Distinguishing pertinent/relevant process areas critical/acute to the organizational strategic initiatives, developing interdisciplinary teams and/or approaches to address long-standing issues, and develop statistically valid studies to analyze them; AND
- Developing detailed plans, goals, and objectives for long-range issues involving reengineering.
