Job description

Our Purpose

Wee Care offers Therapy Services and Home and Community-Based Services using evidence-based treatment models to help your loved one achieve and maintain the highest level of independence. Wee Care has been serving families in our community and surrounding communities since April 2006.

Wee Care is seeking a part-time, onsite Care Coordinator Support Specialist in Goodyear, AZ to keep care coordination documentation complete, current, and audit-ready. This entry-level position supports Care Coordinators by strengthening follow-through on records so member-focused coordination stays on track.
Key responsibilities:
- Request, track, and persistently follow up on missing documents until received
- Upload, label, and organize files; maintain trackers and status logs
- Enter timely system updates and run quality checks for accuracy and completeness
Required qualifications/skills:
- Direct Care experience (required)
- Dependable, highly detail-oriented, and deadline-aware
- Accurate data entry, strong organization, and professional follow-up communication
- Administrative support/healthcare documentation/scheduling/compliance tracking/records management (preferred)
- Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
Pay is $18–$21/hour, 28 hours/week, Monday–Friday with flexible scheduling between 8:00am–5:30pm. Apply today to be considered.
